Overview

We provide services about magnetic bearings and high-speed motors, which are based on our knowledge and experiences established in the past 30 years. Below are examples of services we have provided to our customers.

Electronics design

We made electronics designs such as magnetic bearing controllers and motor drivers, which were provided to our customers in the form of schematic diagrams and PCB layouts. Sometimes we fabricated prototypes and tested our designs to make sure that specifications were satisfied.

Electromagnetic design

Usually we only make electromagnetic design, and the entire machine is designed by the customers themselves. So our designs are stator cores, rotor cores, stator coils, sensor probes, sensor targets, and rotor magnets. These are building blocks of a full magnetic bearing or high-speed motor.

Field service

A customer fabricated a machine with magnetic bearings, and we went to tune the parameters in the magnetic bearing control algorithm. Parameter tuning was only performed on a couple of representative machines. Subsequent machines of the same type have been using the same set of parameters.

Technical consultation

This usually comes as a companion to the services described above: we answer questions from our customers. There are also customers who signed a contract with us for sole consultation on a particular project.
